CONFERENCE RATES - R330 per person Full Day - Including Room hire, 2 course lunch and 3 Breaks We are happy to discuss other arrangements to suit your requirements.
VENUE HIRE Venue Hire is included in the Full Day Conference rate. A R2500 venue fee will be charged for Sunday’s and Public Holidays.
SEATING Executive boardroom style – capacity 20 persons. (Baker Room) Executive boardroom style – capacity 12 persons. (Boardroom) Comfortable chairs & sofas – capacity 8 persons. (Lounge)
EQUIPMENT Projection Screen, Flip charts with paper & markers, Executive writing pads & writing materials and a telephone are supplied. Please note any further equipment requirements can be arranged and will be for the client’s account. Projector Hire = R500 per day.
INTERNET Basic wireless package included in conference rate. Please contact Reception for password.
PARKING Please note we have limited parking and it is on a first come, first serve basis.
PROGRAM Arrival Tea/Coffee and snacks. e.g. Muffins/Rusk’s. Mid morning Tea/coffee with eats. e.g. Sandwiches. 2 Course sit down Lunch or Finger lunch – see our suggested menus below. Mid afternoon Tea/coffee with eats. e.g. Cake/Scones. Fruit juice, water and mints to be supplied during conference.
PAYMENT POLICY Full prepayment before arrival and extras direct on departure.

- All beverages, excluding tea and coffee are for the clients own account and are not included in the package price.
- Final numbers are required 48 hours in advance for catering reasons.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT and commissionable for Agents.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Vegetarians can be catered for, please advise.
- Our Kitchen is neither Kosher nor Halaal. Catering can be outsourced at an extra cost.

Included in the conference rate is a 2 course menu. Please choose a ONE starter or ONE dessert plus your ONE main course option.
If you would like a 3 course meal (starter, main and dessert) please add an extra R60 per head.
Please inform us of your choices at least 7 days prior to your Conference date.
