Original Colonial Mansion

A colonial mansion built in 1900 by Sir Herbert Baker for Judge Searle, the first Judge president of the Cape, it has hosted many famous and colourful characters of the time - Arthur Conan Doyle, Olive Schreiner, Percy Fitzpatrick - to name a few.
