Custom Menus

Being a country house, we can offer custom menus for midday or evening meals. We have in-house chefs who can accommodate any special dietary requirements and are available to discuss your personal dining requests.
At Highlands, we pride ourselves on being able to offer guests menus prepared
using the finest ingredients from the Cape, of course complemented by some
of South Africa's best wines.
We have areas of privacy that can be used for dining, meetings, break away areas or for meetings and interviews to be conducted by our business guests.

Served with rosemary potatoes, a melange of vegetables and a mustard sauce

As we have a variety of delightful areas apart from the dining room, that are set for meals, we suggest that you visit us to pre view and secure your own memorable dining experience.
When not staying in for meals there are several really excellent restaurants in close proximity to Highlands covering a wide spectrum from Bistros to elegant Haute Cuisine.
Our reception staff will be more than happy to make the necessary reservation for you.
