Baker Room
Named after our famous architect the Baker Room can seat upwards of 25 people depending on the seating format chosen.
This room is close to the entrance of Highlands and looks out onto the fish pond & garden. It has large sliding windows, a built in Screen & air conditioning. It is adjacent to the bar lounge which provides the ideal setting for breakouts, snacks or after conference drinks. All the necessary equipment will be supplied, we are happy to make arrangements on your behalf to hire any other additional items you may require.

Board Room
Our boardroom is designed to seat twelve delegates around a large custom made table. This room was originally the dining room of our Sir Herbert Baker home. It still boasts the original pressed ceilings, oregon floors, large sash windows and the large fireplace.
For breaks during the day, the boardroom adjoins the lounge where teas & coffees are served as required; however there are also other suitable break out areas such as the library or indeed secluded areas of the garden or the conservatory.
All the necessary equipment is supplied.

The Highlands Bar
Available only to our guests. The cosy bar with it’s own outside courtyard is perfect for a get-together after your conference. An ideal venue where delegates staying over can meet up, or can also be used as an additional break out area.
Conservatory
This bright sunny room in the garden near the top pool is a favorite venue for a business breakfast or even a motivational seminar. Seating is limited to 10 to 12 people to allow space for buffets & tea or coffee stations to be set up.
